“Amfissa” olives, is a variety of olives produced in several regions of Central Greece distinguished for their colour and the round shape. Because of their natural way of fermentation they have smooth very tasty pulp and a deep purple colour or blond which distinguishes them from other varieties of olives. Offered as whole and pitted.
